By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Description of SMS Use Cases

Beira Agency provides informational and transactional mobile messaging to users who have opted-in to receive communications. Messages are intended to provide:

  • Updates regarding your account or inquiries.

  • Information related to financial services or loan arrangement details.

  • Administrative notifications and appointment reminders.

  • Note: No promotional or marketing messaging will be sent through this program.

2. Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt-out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Beira Agency, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. After this, no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you opt back in.

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Age Restriction

To receive SMS/MMS messages from Beira Agency, you must be at least 18 years of age. By opting into our Program, you acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All information collected through our SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
